The fee charged for shareware programs is only a distribution
charge and does not cover the cost of the program itself.  If you find any 
of the shareware programs useful, you are required to register with the author.
The registration entitles you to various rights and benefits (such as printed
manuals, technical support and future updates on the software, etc.).
This concept allows you to try before you buy.
